We expect everyone on the premises, owners, employees and guests alike, to follow these guidelines and we thank you for your usual cooperation.

Living with COVID doesn't mean ignoring COVID Although restrictions are lifting, we at #uccrvp will continue to be cautious and will still maintain some of the tools that have kept us safe. This includes washing our hands regularly, wearing masks when needed as well as minimizing physical contact and maximizing distance when possible.

To Our Valued Guests and Campers
From our early beginnings to the present day, the health and safety of our guests and team members has always been our highest priority. We feel it is important to reach out to you to share the actions we have taken within our cottages and RV park in response to the coronavirus.
In addition to upholding our high standards of cleanliness and sanitation (we've been using hospital-grade disinfectants for the past 6 years already!), we have taken extra precautions which include:
• Additional hand sanitizers in public areas
• Increased frequency of cleaning areas of high contact
• Payment machine and counters are wiped down with disinfectant regularly
• All doorknobs and handles are disinfected inside and outside on a regular basis
• All of our employees and management team members are certified with the Clean It Right Program. Their training has been kept up to date with the safety standards and regulations of the government. We are also providing them with the proper personal protective equipment (PPE)
On the property
As each cottages are self-contained and have their own outside space, we are confident that such a setup is optimal to help limit the risks. All common areas are outdoor and large enough to easily allow for social distancing. This is also true across the RV Park. Cottage keys are thoroughly disinfected in between guests.
Contact-less check-in for your convenience
We are offering a service of Self Checking In & Out upon request. You can go directly to your cottage without stopping at the office. Your cottage will already be unlocked with a key and a leaflet of the premises inside. We will process your payment online (credit card or electronic transfer) once your are checked in. Should you wish to use this service, please advise us at least 2 hours prior to arrival. As always, you can Self Check Out by leaving your keys in the cottage or by bringing them back to the drop box beside the office door.
Also, we are co-operating with restaurants in the area to allow you to enjoy take-out or delivery on-site (when available). This is a great way to encourage local businesses and to stay safe in your fully furnished, fully equipped kitchen!
Don't forget! There is plenty of outdoor activities to do in the area during your stay.
We are closely monitoring the Health Canada, the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO) statements regarding the novel coronavirus (COVID‐19) cases and following guidelines from these agencies and the local health and tourism departments.
