If the booking is cancelled up to 14 days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, less a charge of $50.00 per unit booked.
If the booking is cancelled less than 14 days before arrival, a charge equal to the first night of the stay will be made.
Groups, Holidays and Special Events may have special deposit and/or cancellation requirements. Special conditions may apply during high-demand periods and special events. Please check with us.
Reduction and no show We understand that travel plans can change. If you need to reduce the length of your stay or the number of units booked, the following policy applies:
up to 7 days before arrival: A $25.00 fee per unit or night reduced will apply.
Less than 7 days before arrival: Reductions will be treated as a partial cancellation, and the first night of the reduced portion will be charged per unit.
In the event of a no-show or booking reduction (on or after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged
