If the booking is cancelled then a charge equal to the first night of the stay will be made

If the booking is cancelled less than 60 days before arrival, then no refund will be given
Reduction and no show We understand that travel plans can change. If you need to reduce the length of your stay or the number of units booked, the following policy applies:
If the booking is reduced then a charge equal to the first night of the stay will be made unless the site is rebooked, then a reduction fee of $25 will apply per site and/or night.
In the event of a no-show or booking reduction (on or after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged
