Monthly site: 
One pull through, full service site is available for monthly rents (#102), from May 1st to October 31st.
Monthly stays start the first of the month until the last day of the same month.

Rates:
For May, June and September: $850/month +tx
For July, August and October: $925/month +tx
50% deposit required at time of booking
Full payment required on May 1st or at time of booking, whichever comes first
