The deposit will be refunded according to the cancellation policy
Full booking balance is due on the day of arrival
Cancellation details
If the booking is cancelled 7 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, less a charge of $40.00 per unit booked
If the booking is cancelled less than 7 days before arrival, then a charge equal to the first night of the stay will be made
Groups, Holidays and Special Events may have special deposit and/or cancellation requirements. Special conditions may apply during high-demand periods and special events. Please check with us.
Reduction and no show
In the event of a no-show or booking reduction (on or after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged
Pets
Pets are not allowed in rental units. Ask us about a nearby boarding kennel
Service animals and guide dogs are accepted and must be declared at time of booking
Smoking
Our property is smoke free
Smoking is however permitted on the cottage verandas
Visitors
Visitors may be allowed and must register to the office when arriving on site
