Rental Conditions
Check-Out Cleanliness: Cottages must be left in a tidy and broom-clean condition, with dishes washed and put away — just as you found it.
Extra Cleaning Charges: If a deeper clean is required after your departure, an additional cleaning fee of $40 per hour may apply.
No Smoking Indoors: Smoking of any kind is not permitted inside the cottages. Smoking is allowed outdoors only. Please use the outdoor receptacles provided for safe disposal
Housekeeping: Daily housekeeping is not included in your stay. Fresh towels are available upon request. For stays of seven nights or longer, we’ll provide a mid-stay clean once a week at no extra charge.
Septic System Care: To protect our septic system, please flush only toilet paper. Avoid flushing wipes or disposing of grease, oils, bleach, or any harsh chemicals down the drains. Improper use can cause damage and result in extra charges.
Campfires: Outdoor fires must follow Nova Scotia’s current burn restrictions. Before lighting a fire, visit https://novascotia.ca/BurnSafe/ to check if burning is allowed. Fires are only permitted in the designated fire pits and must never be left unattended. Firewood is available on the property for your use.
Damages & Late Check-Outs: Any damages to the cottage or its contents, missing items, or late check-outs may be charged to the credit card used to confirm your booking.
Animal education
Remember to wash your hands after touching or feeding the animals
Deposit details
A deposit equal to the first night stay is required
The deposit will be refunded according to the cancellation policy
Full booking balance is due on the day of arrival
Pets
Pets are allowed in dedicated cottages only. Only dogs and cats are allowed and must be on leash at all times.
Guests with pets will be asked to sign the pet policy at time of arrival and are expected to follow the rules. Save time and sign now.
You are responsible for cleaning up after your pet and disposing of it in the outdoor garbage areas located in various areas around the park.
Pets are not allowed on the furniture or beds in the cottage.
You will be charged for all replacement and repair costs if your pet causes any damage to our property, the cottage, or its contents.
Service animals and guide dogs are accepted and must be declared at time of booking
Smoking
Our property is smoke free
Smoking is however permitted on the cottage verandas
The pool is available for our guests and campers only. Visitors may join our guests ($), see office for details.
