Seasonal sites are 103 to 110, 201 to 211, 301 to 304 and 401 to 405. 
Season is from May 1st to October 31st

We are offering: 

• Large seasonal lots - 40' x 60' with 30 amp service and 40' x 80' with 50 amp service
• All seasonal sites are fully serviced (water, power and sewer)
• Each site has its own power meter
• Free property-wide WiFi
• Your trailer must be newer than 15 years
• So many amenities
• Digital HD cable TV available at bulk rate (seasonal)
• Heated 20' x 40' in-ground pool
• Playground
• Large play and picnic area
• Laundromat located in the RV Park
• Complimentary mowing equipment available
• Our property has a beautiful view of the Annapolis River and the North Mountain
• No public washrooms/restrooms/showers on site
