Deposit details Overnight RV sites
A deposit equal to the first night stay is required at time of booking
Full booking balance is due on the day of arrival
Monthly RV site
50% deposit required at time of booking
Full payment required on May 1st or at time of booking, whichever comes first
The deposit will be refunded according to the cancellation policy Cancellation details Overnight RV sites
If the booking is cancelled 7 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, less a charge of $15.00 per site booked
If the booking is cancelled less than 7 days before arrival, then a charge equal to the first night of the stay will be made
Monthly RV site
If the booking is cancelled 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, less a charge of $100.00 per site booked
If the booking is cancelled less than 30 days before arrival, then no refund will be given
Groups, Holidays and Special Events may have special deposit and/or cancellation requirements. Special conditions may apply during high-demand periods and special events. Please check with us. Reduction and no show
In the event of a no-show or booking reduction (on or after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged
Pets
Pets are allowed in the RV Park only. Only dogs and cats are allowed and must be on leash at all times.
Campers with pets will be asked to sign the pet policy at time of arrival and are expected to follow the rules.
Pets are not allowed in the cottage area or in the rental units.
Service animals and guide dogs are accepted and must be declared at time of booking
Smoking
Our property is smoke free
Smoking is however permitted at the picnic table on the RV sites and on the cottage verandas
Visitors
Visitors may be allowed and must register to the office when arriving on site
