Upper Clements Cottages & RV Park is offering a peaceful setting for your RV! Spend a few days or your summer on the beautiful Annapolis River with our spacious lots in our scenic RV Park. We are offering 33 RV sites on our property. For those RV owners who are looking for an alternative to large, crowded RV parks.
Open May 1st to October 31st

We are offering: 

• Three overnight lots - 28' x 44' water with 30/50 amp service, picnic tables and fire pits 
• One monthly site 40' x 60' water/sewer with 30/50 amp service, picnic table and fire pit
• Large seasonal lots - 40' x 60' water/sewer with 30 amp service and 40' x 80' water/sewer with 50 amp service
• So many amenities
• Free property-wide Wi-Fi - Fibre internet
• Heated 20' x 40' in-ground pool
• Playground
• Large play and picnic area
• Laundromat located in the RV Park
• Our property has a beautiful view of the Annapolis River and the North Mountain​
  

No tents or popup trailers
No public restrooms/washrooms on the premises

We are a pet friendly RV park located 5 minutes away from the town of Annapolis Royal (website) and many other attractions listed here.
Pets are not allowed in rental units.
We are The Bunny Place! Children will enjoy our goats and free roaming bunnies.
